I'm a happily married woman with a (mostly closeted) smoking habit. I've managed to keep it under control for health reasons, but I enjoy smoking too much to give it up entirely for the rest of my life. Smoking makes me feel sexy, creative, and independent. I find it also helps my writing, through which I make my living. While my husband graciously tolerates my on-and-off habit, it doesn't really turn his crank. Ideally, I'd like to form some kind of a friendly connection (NOT an affair, as I'm happily married) with a good-looking, intelligent, confident man who appreciates a smoking woman with similar qualities.
